Updates for June 2014

Hello everyone,

It feels like it’s been ages since my last update!

I wanted to do a quick monthly recap on current projects and recent happenings to keep you all in the loop… whether or not they stay monthly updates, or turn into sporadic, or even seasonal updates remains to be seen…But here is the first of what hopefully will be many great and plentiful MONTHLY recaps!

Man, it’s been crazy with how much has been going on since my last update here, but I’ll TRY to keep it relatively short and focus on projects and happenings over the last month or so.

Jaanuu Apparel Launch Video:

This amazing group of individuals have just launched an awesome, fashionable, and conscious medical clothing line.

They are truly visionaries and I’ve had the pleasure of working with them over the course of the past few months on a few video productions for their launch. Having helped concept, shoot, edit, and composite each video… it was definitely an undertaking, but I think we really came out with a great product.

TAPDN App Site / Animation Development:

Another cutting edge group I’m working with to develop the look of their website and some parallaxed animation for is TAPDN. They are developing a pay app that will revolutionize your wallet by doing away with other bulky forms of payment. All for some amazing causes to end hunger and poverty throughout the world…

More to come once the site launches.

InForm Convention Promo Spot:

A sister movement to TAPDN, working on this inForm animation was a great collaboration with Artist/Designer Ritchie Kong. On a great service for students and schools… coming soon.

rTT (Run The Triangle) Basketball Blog Launch:

Collaborating with sports voice G-Smalls (previously linked up on the “LAst Supper” piece a few years back). He’s interviewed greats such as Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Kobe Bryant, etc. Working on this rTT (short for ‘RUN THE TRIANGLE’) blog launch enabled my art to further break through in the realm of professional sports (which I am truly excited about… especially in the NBA). The blog is still in development, but I will post updates as it all comes together.

Ballad of Icarus Animated Video Re-launch:

An oldie but a goodie. This collaboration with talented wordsmith Jared Benjamin was such a blessing. Though, the animated music video was released about a year ago, recently a comic book version of the story has been underway and should be coming soon. In light of the new developments and fan interest, a new campaign for the music video and re-launch is under way.

If you still haven’t seen animation, a version of it will still be available on YouTube for a limited time. You may watch it here: http://youtu.be/PEilMGDCwpM

Propaganda Meet + Greet at Acrylick:

Recently, I was blessed to be invited by the homie Propaganda to showcase some of my artwork at his meet and greet event at Acrylick in Azusa. SUPER talented guy and a great group of people at Acrylick hosted a packed event of Music, Art, Philosophy, and Soul.
